Accuracy, Efficiency and Production are the name of the game in this role. You will be responsible for reading custom orders and bringing them to reality. You will be responsible for cutting, weeding and transferring heat transfer designs to ribbon, cutting ribbon, cleaning up workspace and studio floor, empty trash cans and remove trash at the end of each shift, printing and taping sublimation designs, rhinestone transfers and quality checking, shipping, receiving, and e-commerce order fulfillment in a collaborative and fast-paced creative environment.

Cheerbows.co started as a small home based bow making company. We've grown to a high volume (but still home based) sideline and competition bow specialty company. We ship over 1000 bows in a typical week to high schools and colleges throughout the US as well as globally. Our goal is the perfect custom bow to the customer within 5-6 business days. Work environment - we are a silly, sarcastic bunch who get along well. We like independent workers who also care about the team. Self-motivated with hustle. Looking for someone who can thrive in a flexible environment.

Details:

• Working hours available Monday through Friday from 10 am - 9 pm; Weekends never required, but offered as an option if preferred. You will have the option of offering your availability and stating a preferred shift length. We want a schedule that works for you too.

• Starting at $15/hour with potential for advancement within the company
